1. Digital Content Nature

EbookBasket provides immediate digital reading entitlements to ebooks and bundles. Because digital items are consumed instantly upon unlocking in the reader, standard physical returns do not apply.

2. Eligible Refund Conditions

We provide a full refund within 24 to 48 hours of purchase under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Charges: If your bank or UPI app deducted the payment more than once for the same order due to a gateway timeout.
• Technical Defect: If the digital content was unreadable or failed to unlock in your library and our support team could not resolve the issue.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email our payments desk at refunds@ebookbasket.com with your Order ID (e.g. `EB-2025-XXXX`) and Cashfree payment reference. Eligible refunds are credited directly back to the original source account within 5–7 business days.
